THE PHASES
The Vision
This early phase is an exploration of your goals, priorities, and the way your home functions. We clarify how you use your spaces, the qualities you value most, and the overarching intentions for the design — including timeline and framework for the project ahead.
2. Cíelo Concept
The Cíelo Concept refines the vision into a unique design concept with preliminary floor plans, mood boards and colour palettes. These are presented in a new meeting at your home to confirm the floor plan and provide guidance for the subsequent Design Development phase.
3. Design Development
In this phase, the concept becomes a tangible plan. We thoughtfully translate direction into detailed drawings, spatial layouts, and specifications for key elements — materials, finishes, lighting, and custom millwork. This work creates a clear, shared understanding of how your interiors will unfold.
4. Documentation
The designs are organized into packages that reflect the details of the project, enabling accurate budgeting and coordination with contractors. Documentation supports a smooth transition into execution and aligns expectations across all collaborators.
5. Design Implementation
This phase is the culmination of careful planning. Drawing on experience with site conditions and construction realities, we coordinate with trusted trades and oversee the installation of finishes and built elements. Our presence ensures continuity between design intent and the resulting space.
